Tour — Northwest
Breathe in the fresh air of the northern mountains, follow the rivers and dive into the history of Mount Pelée. This Northwest tour in Martinique takes you between Saint-Pierre, rum distilleries and fishing villages. Departure from the town of your choice: we adapt the route to your pick-up point.
Sample itinerary – Northwest tour
- Morning – Le Carbet: visit Neisson distillery and Latouche Zoo (approx. 1h).
- Saint-Pierre: museums, ruins, Science Discovery Center (CDST), 1902 memorial and tasting at Depaz distillery (approx. 2h30).
- Morne Rouge: viewpoint over Mount Pelée and photo stop (approx. 30 min).
- Scenic drive: Ajoupa-Bouillon, Basse-Pointe, Macouba and Grand’Rivière (approx. 45 min).
- Creole lunch at Chez Tante Arlette, local food and friendly atmosphere (approx. 2h).
- Fond Saint-Denis: Saut Gendarme waterfall and walk along Canal des Esclaves (approx. 2h, with an option for a short hike).
- Drive back to Le Carbet and end of the Northwest tour (approx. 30 min).
Price: €580 per day, up to 4 people.
Rate is for the vehicle (not per person). Book both the Northwest and Northeast tours to get 10% off the total.
